Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?


EFT, or “tapping,” is a gentle mind-body practice that combines focused breathing, mindful awareness, and light tapping on specific meridian points of the face and body. This process helps calm the nervous system and release emotional blockages.

Benefits of EFT include reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep and focus, decreased cravings, greater emotional balance, and an overall sense of well-being and peace.

​EFT is:

  • Painless

  • Easy to administer.

  • Gentle

  • Less time needed.

  • Less traumatic. You do not have to talk about the issue. Simply use a word to describe it.
