Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy to Empower Life Change

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, science-backed way to access the subconscious mind and create lasting change from within. By working beneath the surface of conscious thought, it helps you release old patterns, build self-trust, and step into a more empowered way of being.

Somatic Hypnotherapy

Many of us were taught to hide our emotions, yet unexpressed feelings don’t disappear; they get stored in the body as tension, pain, or anxiety.
Somatic hypnotherapy gently helps release this trapped energy, allowing you to feel lighter, calmer, and more present.

Hypnotherapy for Children & Youth

If your child or teen is struggling with recurring fears, anxiety, low self-esteem, or school-related challenges, hypnotherapy offers a gentle and effective way to support lasting change.
We begin with an initial meeting for you and your child to explore goals and create a safe, supportive plan together.

Combo Life-Coaching/Hypnotherapy

6 Session Package (over 2-3 months) @ $540

At times, life brings challenges that even therapy, family, or friends can’t fully ease — leaving us anxious, sad, or stuck. I’ve experienced firsthand, both as a client and a practitioner, the powerful results that can come from just six sessions of combined life coaching and hypnotherapy.

Together, we’ll explore the thought patterns that keep you from thriving and gently reprogram them through awareness and subconscious healing. This integrated approach offers clarity, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of self.
