By using this website or booking services with Mothertree Coaching & Hypnotherapy (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We offer coaching and hypnotherapy services designed for personal growth and well-being. These services are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and should not replace advice from licensed healthcare providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book services. Anyone under 18 requires written parental or guardian consent.

3. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful information

  • Show up on time for sessions

  • Consult your physician or mental-health professional for medical concerns

  • Understand that results vary from person to person

Coaching and hypnotherapy require your active participation.

4. Payments & Cancellations

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

  • Missed appointments (“no shows”) may be charged the full fee.

  • Packages, if offered, are non-transferable and expire within the time period stated at purchase.

5. No Guarantees

We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from coaching or hypnotherapy, as individual results vary based on personal effort, readiness, and circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, programs, downloads, and branding, is the property of Mothertree Coaching & Hypnotherapy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

  • Any decisions you make based on coaching or hypnotherapy

  • Emotional, physical, or financial outcomes resulting from services

  • Issues arising from third-party links or platforms
